As of now, Phay Bridges is strategically using her Berklee degree studies online while majoring in Songwriting and Production, she has been internalizing creative entrepreneurship and programming electively. Being a part of a global network of independent talent, she is in the unique position to get the feedback from early adopters.
With global record industry connections spanning from Venezuela to Miami, Abraham Salas brings a life-long passion for music and unique talents for audiovisual arts. Academic background: Art History(BA), Audio Production(SAE). Abraham has been dedicated to POAM’s project since its conceptual days.
As David Davidian, Alice Cooper’s tour manager would say “You Gotta Hear this Kid Brett Hellings”. Brett was offered several major label recording deals — which he ultimately turned down. Through decades of perseverance, passion, and rock’n’roll sweat and tears, Hellings continues to attract rock legends’ attention.
Katlin Rappucci's Artist Management and Relations career started with an outside sales position for Yellow Pages (now Thryv) by selling digital marketing systems, which led her to meeting Brett Hellings. Katlin’s academic background blends both Business Administration and English (Writing) majors.
Massachusetts born, Stephen Fish is currently based in Vermont. He has balanced two worlds his whole life: songwriting and public service. He has an innate gift for composing music and sonic proof is in his huge catalog online. Stephen is currently pursuing his BA at Berklee Online.
Born and raised in Detroit, Ess Nelson is a triple threat performer with skills in audiovisual production and programming. Their background includes Comparative Religion (BA), Urban Design, and Women’s Studies, bringing intersectional insight to POAM.
Miami native Joe Smooth’s involvement with bands and collaborations spans decades. He freelances in mixing, live sound, stagehand work, and lighting. Joe has toured the USA and Puerto Rico providing audio expertise.
Maine-born, Rachael Rage is a songwriter, keyboardist and singer in North Carolina. From high energy piano bar shows to more intimate piano lounge music she performs all over the East Coast. Starting as a bartender at the club she got to network with amazing people at The Cabaret. A couple years into working with the company she stepped out from behind the bar and became the resident piano player.
Roberto Salgado
A military veteran with a directed effort, Roberto leads musical projects from the heart of Michigan, shaped by his Mexican heritage. His hardware and software technical expertise supports his mastery of recording and mixing. As a multi-instrumentalist, he possesses a comprehensive musical skillset. Roberto provides strategic direction to guide artists, leveraging his diverse background to achieve impactful results
Sergio DeLaGarza was born in Kingsville, Texas. With musical abilities that reach beyond the guitar-playing - trumpet, keyboard, and occasionally drums, Sergio is a versatile artist who finds inspiration in every instrument. Currently, DeLaGarza is pursuing a degree in Songwriting and Music Production at Berklee Online, where he is expanding his musical knowledge, staying open for collaborations.
Tiffany Stewart was born and raised in Detroit. Her connection to music is uniquely deep being the daughter of the legendary bass singer Willie “Sugar Bear” Ford(The Dramatics). She is an extraordinary businesswoman with over twenty years of experience in the real estate industry.
Bryan Starkweather is an accomplished arranger, producer, and composer, working across genres including jazz, pop, rock, and orchestral music. His impressive collaborations include musicians from Pearl Jam, the Bee Gees, New Found Glory, Morphine, and Motown, as well as various orchestras. As a session musician, he has contributed to numerous recordings, tribute acts, concerts, and festivals, cementing his reputation as a versatile and sought-after artist.
Stephen was born in Bogotá, Colombia. Science in Music Business (AS) graduate. He had an opportunity of teaching Music around the world in person and online. Stephen is a multi-instrumentalist and composer, currently a full time Berklee Online degree Student(BA). Opening a rehearsal/recording studio in Bogota and managing a music band as well.
Lizz Dominguez was born and raised in Miami and was exposed to Miami’s music, culture, and art from early days. From bartender to being a co-owner of “Bar Nancy” which evolved into a hub for live music hosting both regional and national talent. Currently, Lizz is operating her own entertainment booking company (ZZ Bookings), that specializes in rock and roll, underground, alternative, punk, and goth music.
Christopher Davies grew up in Toronto, ON, Canada where his passion for creativity emerged early. Though he pursued a career in tech and finance after studying Economics, his true calling never faded. Driven to follow that passion, he left the corporate world behind to study music production at Berklee. Now, Chris is building a thriving production business—writing, producing, performing, and collaborating with visionary artists who share his drive for innovation.
Scott Gordon is an award-winning professional film and TV composer in Richmond, VA. He has a diverse background as a composer, having written and arranged live shows for dozens of scholastic marching and concert groups across the country. A graduate of Berklee College of Music’s Film Scoring program.
Svetlana Bagdonovic brings high-octane energy communication and negotiation skills. A Serbian Polymath who has been balancing social and biological sciences her whole life, Svetlana holds multiple degrees in Biological Science, as well as diplomas in Media & Journalism. The science world, love for nature, music training, the holistic sales standards, provides her a different focus and perspective to solve problems and analyze them.
Sanket Dabade was born in Pune, Maharashtra, India. He has always been fascinated by all things technology. Learning how things work and finding solutions to the problems. Sanket decided to earn a degree in Hospitality Management (BA), and is managing a restaurant at the moment. His technology learning skills bring him to the audiovisual production world, creating stories that have an aesthetic impact.
Ian Francia Born and raised in northeast New Jersey, currently Ian is based in Miami. His live and location sound credits include working with a range of artists, public figures, and organizations, from hip-hop and R&B legends to nationally recognized commentators, athletes, policymakers, major sports and media organizations. He has contributed to productions featuring Flo Rida, surviving members of The Temptations, and Grammy-winning hip-hop producer Teflon.
South African-born Walied’s curiosity for music production came from watching his older brother record radio songs on tape cassettes. During civil engineering studies Walied eventually realized that his passion lies in audio engineering. His skills include hospitality management and fashion accessory design.
The Ask
Ever since the moment back in the late 2023, when a song ‘Portrait of a Man’ by Screamin’ Jay Hawkins was shuffled to me by algorithm. I started sharing my vision of TOGETHER painting that portrait.
We had a lot of discussions, questions, iterations, strategy adjustments, but now, as a leader of this project, I have a responsibility to start our bus. But I need gasoline.
Currently, I am seeking the initial 10,000$ for the retainer to partner with Hertz Schram legal department for the services such as - trademark protection, entity formation, agreements among parties, private placement memorandums, and other investment documents.
Their office have expressed great excitement in working with POAM, their expertise in the IP, corporate and entertainment law would allow us to pave a strategic and imperative foundations.
I am looking for the right founding sponsor or sponsors, who would be receiving a lifetime* promotion in return.
